2014年度の申し込みについて
2014 Camp Registration
今年は登録ページの混乱を避ける為、また申し込み後のなるべく早い対応を目指すため、以下の時間帯に限り、優先申込みを受け付けます。4月1日から3日の間は、以下の時間帯以外、以下の対象者以外は登録が出来ませんのでご了承ください。
また以下の時間内でも、その日の優先受け入れ枠の定員に満たした場合には一時的にその日の受け入れを締め切らせて頂きます。ご理解の程、よろしくお願い致します。
4月1日（火曜日） 11:00am – 1:00pm — オーエンキャンプに過去5年またはそれ以上参加したことがある家族4月2日（水曜日） 11:00am – 1:00pm — 上記1に該当する家族、及びオーエンキャンプに過去3年またはそれ以上参加したことがある家族4月3日（木曜日） 11:00am – 1:00pm — 上記1、2に該当する家族、及び今年度サマーキャンプにてボランティア参加するカウンセラーの妹・弟キャンパー (但しこの時点でカウンセラーのオンライン申し込みを済ませていること)
DMV州外から参加の家族
4月4日（金曜日）11:00am より 一般申込み受付開始
定員に達した時点で締め切らせていただきます。ご了承ください。
Due to overwhelming numbers of access to the page at the same time, this year, we want to avoid the busy online traffic on the registration page, priority registration opportunities will be offered for limited time as the following. Between April 1st and April 3rd, the registration page is accessible only the following hours:
Please note that the registration page will be closed for that day once it reaches to the maximum number of priority slots.

4/1 (Tue) 11am – 1pm ONLY — Those families who have attended O-en 5 years or more in the past 4/2 (Wed) 11am – 1pm ONLY — Those families who fall in to the category #1 above and those families who have attended O-en 3 years or more4/3 (Thu) 11am – 1pm ONLY — Those who fall into the category #1 and #2 above and the younger sibling(s) of a volunteer counselor (the counselor must complete the online application beforehand)
Those who are coming from outside of DMV area
4/4 (Fri) 11am – All other registrations will be accepted until the spaces are filled.

＊仮予約とは？
まだ夏の予定がはっきりしないと言う場合、＄６０のデポジットを支払う事により、キャンプの仮予約をする事ができます。 デポジット無しでは予約が確保できませんので、ご了承ください。支払い期日以降に仮予約をキャンセルする場合、デポジットの返金は出来ません。
上記支払い期限以降に申し込みをされた場合は、参加費の支払いは３日以内にお願いします。
払い戻し/キャンセル方針
キャンプ開始２１日前までのキャンセル：１００％払い戻し
キャンプ開始１４日前までのキャンセル：７５％払い戻し
キャンプ開始７日前までのキャンセル：５０％払い戻し
キャンプ開始２日前までのキャンセル：２５％払い戻し
キャンプ開始日以降ののキャンセル：払い戻し無し
***Session3は定員に達しました。4月4日11：50am 以降の申し込みはWaiting Listとなります。
Session 1 & 2は引き続き受け付けています。

＊Security Deposit to reserve a spot
If you wish to wait and pay later to make the full payment, please pay $60 of Security Deposit to reserve your spot. Without the deposit, your spot is not guaranteed until you make the full payment. This $60 will be deducted from your total amount. If you decide to cancel after the full payment due date above, this $60 canNOT be refundable.
If you register after the due date above, your full payment due is within 3 days
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
100% Refund . Cancellation made by 21 days before the first day of session
75% Refund . Cancellation made by 14 days before the first day of session
50% Refund . Cancellation made by 7 days before the first day of session
25% Refund . Cancellation made by 2 days before the first day of session
No Refund can be requested after the first day of session
***Session 3 is full as of April 4th at 11:50am. Any registration for Session 3 after this will be on the wait list.
